Thank you Mayor.
Council has considered the items listed as 1 to 5 and has referred these matters to the design
architect seeking further concept plan refinement in accordance with Council’s resolution in July
2018. With regard to item 6, as previously advised Council has determined to conduct a range of
community consultation approaches but not to establish a reference group.
