At the April 27th 2016 BoQ Council meeting, Council resolved to make a FOI application for data regarding the Water Quality Management Plan and Conservation Management Plan for Environmental Stormwater outflows from The Point Development. Has the FOI request been successful? If it has, when can the data be released to the public? 

2. Are BoQ aware of the proposed new roundabout to service the Point Estate and the impact this may have on the approach to Queenscliff-Pt Lonsdale? Has the Council seen an overview traffic plan that evaluates access to Pt Lonsdale and Queenscliff? Has the Council considered the long term economic impact if this new street/ road system becomes a pseudo by pass to Ocean Grove directing potential business away from local traders? 

Also, from previous meetings that the PLCA have had with The Point representatives, they imply that they have ongoing discussion with GoGG on the subject of the development and community facilities to be provided. Are BoQ aware or involved in that process? Has the BoQ indeed met with Moremac?
