Council officers have prepared a research paper that has been the subject of a confidential
Assembly meeting workshop with the Council.
It is anticipated that this agenda item will be considered by Council at its September 2017 Ordinary
Meeting.
In relation to the formation of a panel, this authority rests with the Minister for Local Government
and the Minister is yet to receive formal feedback from the Borough of Queenscliffe Council so this
has not occurred at this time.

Response by the General Manager Planning & Infrastructure
The contractor undertaking the roadworks has advised Council that the scheduled practical
completion date for the roundabout is 2 October 2017.
