The draft Council Plan 2017-2021 is to be considered by Council in Item 16.2 of tonight’s Agenda
and is attached as Appendix 3 and does not include “Sale of Assets”. The draft 2017/18 Budget has
not yet been considered by Council.
Any future sale of Council land will be subject to provisions of the Local Government Act that
require extensive public consultation. Council has not formally considered the sale of Murray
Road.
