Regarding the construction of the new roundabout that will connect The Point Development to the Bellarine Hwy, the PLCA would like to ask the following:

1. Has the Borough any contingencies planned in the case of an emergency vehicles accessing the Borough through the construction zone (given shoulders have been removed) in high visitation times during the upcoming holiday season, like say PLSLSC Swim, or Hotrod show days? Were the Borough consulted on these matters?

2. Has the council any information on any Traffic Surveys that have been completed for the new Roundabout?

3. As mentioned at the last BoQ Council meeting - Is any environmental outflow monitoring data, from the construction zone to Lakers Cutting available as yet?
